What equipment should I use?

This will depend on a variety of different factors including wind flow, size of the area, scent choice, installation requirements and other factors.

Our most popular scenting system is our professional portable diffuser unit as it is plug and play and it will scent up to 900m3. Large indoor spaces are typically scented by installing our scenting systems to the property’s existing HVAC system.

What scent should I choose?

It is important to take into consideration what you want to achieve with scent and who you are. A scent should match a brand like a logo in order to create an olfactive branding communication for your business. The first moment of truth is achieved when the scent matches the store environment.

How long will a refill last?

It depends on your application and the scent diffuser being used. Oil consumption varies depending on the fragrance, indoor or outdoor and the configuration of the space. We endeavour to configure the application so that service requirements occur no more than once a month, with many systems lasting more than three months between service.

Can I use your products for aromatherapy?

Yes, absolutely you can. We stock a number of essential oils that are perfect for aromatherapy such as eucalyptus and mint, French lavender and tea tree. We also stock a range of domestic and commercial diffusers, contact us to discuss further.

Current Clients

Does the unit run automatically?

Yes, the scent diffusers can be programmed with start and stop times for each day of the week so that the appliance's schedule matches that of your facility. It can also be programmed for holidays, or with a simple adjustment, you can re-program the timer to match new operating hours.

Can Scent Australia install and service my equipment?

We offer the possibility of having a technician install and/or service your scent diffuser regularly for a call-out fee.

How do I install my scent diffuser myself?

So in terms of installation there are two options for the diffusers:

  1. Portable / In Room - requires a GPO - easy plug and play;
  2. HVAC - there is a plastic part and pipe that you can put into the top of the cartridge and plug this into the “supply air” of the HVAC ducting - requires GPO.

How do I change the scents?

How do I increase/lower the power of the scent?

To increase the power of the scent, please follow this online tutorial.

Written Instructions:

  1. Turn the Power On.
  2. Push the Menu button, Time Setting will appear. (here you can adjust current date/time)
  3. Push the Right Button, Diffusion will appear.
  4. Push ok two times. With the + and – buttons you can now choose how many seconds the machine will be diffusing scent. This is the Diffusion ON time.

We recommend starting at 10 seconds ON, 1 minute OFF as a start so the scent won't be too powerful and then you can increase the diffusion ON time. This is the only parameter that has to change from now on. If you want more power, you can increase the Diffusion ON time. Press Ok twice, it is now the Diffusion OFF time. With the + and – buttons, set this time at 1 minute. It should always remain 60 seconds OFF. This way the diffuser will spray scent for x seconds and then it will not spray anything for 1 minute.

This is it for the power settings. Now, just press ok until you reach the starting screen.

If you want to also set up the diffuser to automatically turn on and off to match your opening times, after adjusting the power you can press ok and Monday will appear you can then choose diffusion ON or OFF for Monday, press ok and choose the start hour, stop hour and same for every other day of the week.
