The below information is essential when actioning returns back to our warehouse.
In the case that you intend to return your diffuser, under Agreement (5), the machine will need to be returned to us in adequate working condition.
To ensure the safe return of the machine, please follow the instructions below:
- Fragrance removal - Please remove the oil cartridge from the machine (this does not need to be returned as it may leak in transit). Please note: if the diffuser is damaged from oil in transit, you may be charged for the replacement.
- Securely pack hardware – To ensure the machine does not get damaged in shipment back to the warehouse, it must be wrapped with appropriate packaging material as a preventative method. Treat as fragile goods.
- Label appropriately - The sender and company details will need to be written on the back of the box. Our returns address can be found below:
